SCT-6030AH+SCT-6040M full automatic cuff packaging machine is designed for individual objects or bottomless products. This machine is butted with the production line for automatic feeding, wrapping, sealing, shrinkage, cooling and setting, and automatic packaging equipment without manual operation. It can make 6 bottles, 9 bottles, 12 bottles, 15 bottles, 18 bottles, 20 bottles, 24 bottles and so on.

※ The MITSUBISHI "PLC" programmable controller is used to realize the integration of machine, electricity and gas.

※ The machine can carry out two row, three row, four row and other bottomless or bottomless heat shrinkable packages according to the production requirements. When changing the packaging form, only the conversion switch on the panel is needed.   

※ The worm gear reducer is used to feed and convey the film smoothly without shaking.
          ※ The specially designed sealing knife has strong sealing line, no cracking, and no sticking to the knife. The "LFPOM" material convey er belt has high wear resistance and high strength.
          ※ The vibration feeding device can be selected according to the bottle shape.    

※ When packaging color film, add a set of photoelectric detection and locate accurately.    

※ Modular design, replacement of different bottle shape, can also be completed in an instant.    

※ The feeding conveyor belt can be designed as a left feed or a right feeding mode according to the needs of the field.    

※ SCT-6040M adopts imported double wind motor to make the hot air evenly distributed in the furnace, and the effect is more beautiful after shrinkage.    

※ The hot air diversion circulation structure can be adjusted in the furnace, and the equipment is more energy efficient.    

※ The solid steel bar is used to outsource the imported silicon rubber pipe, and the chain rod transportation is durable.    

※ The frequency converter controls the transmission speed and the step less speed regulation.    

※ The cooling system of super large air volume is rapidly cooled and finalized after heat shrinkable.    

※ The aluminum cylinder working table can be selected at the rear end of the shrinkage furnace, and the product will not fall to the ground after packaging.
